In an N2 environment molten solder spreads over a wide area, resulting in ready formation of solder balls. JS-EN-02 applies a solder-ball reduction preparation specialized to usage in an N2 environment, which minimizes formation of solder balls.

Activators are often the cause of moisture absorption. By taking advantage of an N2 environment where low activity can achieve high solderability, JS-EN-02 minimizes use of activators and retains its excellent insulation even in highly humid conditions.

Minimal solids for amazingly low residue

JS-EN-02 applies a minimal amount of solid content required for wave soldering in an N2 environment, realizing ultra-low residue unlike usual rosin-type wave soldering flux.
